No matter your age, nobody likes to spend time filing their taxes. The laws are often complicated and confusing, which can be a worry to those of us who aren’t the best at math. So, instead of trying to tackle it alone, seniors can get their taxes filed for free.

The federal government has a free program called Tax Counseling for the Elderly, known as TCE. If you’re 60 or older, you’ll be pleased to know that you qualify for this service, and they will even answer any questions you have about pensions and retirement. TCE sites are usually located in the community at libraries, schools, shopping malls, or other easily accessible locations.
