It’s even been nicknamed “pink tax”, just because companies know that women will buy the products no matter the cost. Reports even suggest that this so-called “pink tax” costs women an extra $1,351 every year.

While manufactures claim it’s due to different ingredients in the formulas, the University of Central Florida actually found that the only difference is the smell. So, if you don’t mind a deep musk instead of a faux-floral scent, why not opt for men’s products?

Shampoos really can’t be too different, and most spray-on deodorants smell terrible anyway. You can also save money when choosing men’s razors and shaving cream. The quality is the same, if not better, and you won’t be charged extra just because it’s pink.
