2. Advertise and Rent Your Timeshare Online

Rent out your timeshare at a price that you’ll set. This is a great way to drive some profit and you can use online marketplaces to do this. There are many holidaymakers looking to get away, and if your timeshare is in peak season (called a red week timeshare) it shouldn’t be difficult to find tenants.

Often you can rent out the timeshare for more than its actual value, too. Some websites will advertise your timeshare, but they do ask for a sign-up fee. Check to see if they actually have customers before committing to this payment, as prices can start from $29.99. Alternatively, you can post your timeshare on sites like Gumtree or Craigslist for free.
